Our story

A trusted delivery partner since 2018

Xceler8 Constructions was founded after we saw a clear gap in the market for reliable, high-performing FRP crews who could plug into major infrastructure projects and deliver safely, efficiently and in line with program.

Our founder grew up around construction through his father's work in the industry, and that background drives a real passion for building infrastructure that benefits communities — not just pouring concrete.

Since 2018 we've grown steadily into a trusted delivery partner for Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, with repeat work a big part of our pipeline. Our focus is simple: strong planning, safe and efficient delivery, and being the kind of subcontractor that makes life easier for project teams rather than harder.

Around 15 years in civil and commercial construction, with a strong background in FRP and major infrastructure delivery. Hands-on, site-focused and closely involved in planning and delivery on every project, Jesse is passionate about building infrastructure that benefits local communities and about being a reliable, solutions-focused partner for Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors.

An experienced site supervisor with a heavy civil and commercial background and the same hands-on approach. Gary is focused on safety, crew performance and maintaining productive, cooperative relationships with site management and engineers.

Lee Milway

Structures Foreman

A hands-on structures foreman with extensive experience delivering formwork and concrete packages for Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors on major infrastructure projects. Lee leads from the deck, with a depth of practical knowledge and a problem-solving ability that project teams rely on when the job gets complex. Safety is built into the way he runs a crew, and his focus on planning, quality and clear communication keeps structures works moving and to specification.
